Supporting Graduate Students' Academic and Professional Success
TADP Curriculum Design Institute
The Summer Curriculum Design Institute offers an intensive and collaborative learning experience for graduate student instructors. Participants engage in workshops led by experienced educators to develop their own courses as well as innovative and effective teaching strategies. Through hands-on activities and feedback sessions, instructors will refine their teaching plans for this summer and beyond. By the end of the institute, participants will emerge with a well-rounded understanding of curriculum development principles ready to implement in their classrooms and syllabi.
The Curriculum Design Institute typically lasts one week, with workshops and instructional sessions from TADP and other GradVantage staff, and possibly guest or faculty facilitators, as well as peer review sessions and independent consultations tailored to the respective courses you are preparing. Applications for the Summer CDI will appear here in Spring 2026.
